I have to share and especially thank
Zankhna. I have slowly been implementing bits and pieces of the valuable information that | am learning from the videos. Today is the first day in over a year that | have felt like a human being and as an added bonus, | did not have to take a nap today! Although | had a horrible night with very little sleep last night, (did not fall asleep until 4 am and then slept until 11am) that in itself is a vast improvement as | slept much longer than my usual 3 hours. So, after 7 hours of continuous sleep, | had a good day with NO nap. The things | have implemented over the last few weeks are drinking an adrenal cocktail everyday/ twice a day, eating healthier, taking a 10 minute walk every day, listening to vagus nerve stimulating music while | walk, and also doing humming to stimulate the vagus nerve. During the day, | also listen to meditation music to help reduce stress from decades of abuse that has caused me to live in a constant “fight or flight” mode for decades. At night, | again listen to meditation music for relaxing and sleep.
